presstrixo operates this website as the central hub for media feeds, providing professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work, and reliable high-quality feeds for news programs and television broadcasting. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately. These terms constitute a binding contract under the laws of the United Kingdom and incorporate the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least eighteen years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this site. Access is permitted only for lawful purposes connected with media production, broadcasting or related professional activities. You may view content, submit enquiries via the contact form and use any tools we provide solely for your internal business needs. You may download or print limited extracts for personal professional reference but must not modify, reproduce or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Upon termination you must cease all use of downloaded materials and delete any copies in your possession.
Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

Proportionate limitation of liability
Subject to the preceding paragraph our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to presstrixo in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of business, data or broadcasting revenue.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless presstrixo, its directors and staff against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the site or any user content you submit.
Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence within the United Kingdom and benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules that cannot be derogated from by agreement.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found to be unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
